Hotel Spichrz is located in the centre of the Old Town of Toruń, among other monuments inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
In 1999, the current owners began renovation works. The restoration of the original interior layout, historic wooden beams and ceilings, the refurbishment of the hoisting wheel, and the adaptation of the former Swedish granary into a hotel and restaurant lasted until 2003, when Hotel Restaurant Spichrz was officially opened.
